Mr Paisley announced on Tuesday that he would stand down as first minister and DUP leader in May. Mr McGuinness said the issue of Mr Paisley's successor was "no big deal to me". "I am only really interested in working with people who are prepared to do the business, prepared to do the work." Meanwhile, Stormont Junior Minister Jeffrey Donaldson has pledged to back Peter Robinson as the new leader of the DUP. Mr Robinson, the current finance minister, is viewed as the clear favourite to take over after Ian Paisley steps down in May. .
The Truth About Autism: Scientists Reconsider What They Think They ...
The YouTube clip opens with a woman facing away from the camera, rocking back and forth, flapping her hands awkwardly, and emitting an eerie hum. She then performs strange repetitive behaviors: slapping a piece of paper against a window, running a hand lengthwise over a computer keyboard, twisting the knob of a drawer. She bats a necklace with her hand and nuzzles her face against the pages of a book. And you find yourself thinking: Who's shooting this footage of the handicapped lady, and why do I always get sucked into watching the latest viral video? But then the words "A Translation" appear on a black screen, and for the next five minutes, 27-year-old Amanda Baggs — who is autistic and doesn't speak — describes in vivid and articulate terms what's going on inside her head as she carries out these seemingly bizarre actions.

How effective are the promo spots airing on local TV?
I love the total idiotic shamelessness on display here. And I happily admit that I've been chanting 'News Never Stops' at my wife all day. Can I get a copy of the single on iTunes?" WFXT (Channel 25):More Hours of News The professor: "It's upbeat. They give you one clear reason to watch them, more news than other stations. The graphic animation is almost reminiscent of a clock turning in a 24-hour cycle. They stick to that unique message throughout: more news for the viewers." As housing bubble deflates, rent stays high
Montana's soaring home prices have spilled over into the rental market, sending monthly rents higher all across the state, said Scott Rickard, an economist at Montana State University-Billings. But while data suggest that housing prices have gone down over the past year, including in the Gallatin Valley, rental prices have stubbornly stayed level or continued to increase, putting an extra strain on those unable to afford home ownership.Rickard, director of the applied economics department, recently studied Montana rental prices and found that a typical two-bedroom apartment in Bozeman cost $700 a month. By comparison, similar apartments in Great Falls cost less than $500 a month.Rents like the ones in Bozeman can price low-income families out of the market, Rickard told the Montana Economic Outlook Seminar in Bozeman on Wednesday. The Human Resource Development Council in Bozeman, a nonprofit organization that helps low-income people, reported slightly different average monthly rents, with a two-bedroom apartment coming in at about $650 a month.
